Airbus A 321-271NX neo HA-LDC della Wizz Air, proveniente da Catania, in avvicinamento all’aeroporto di Caselle il 27 luglio 2026. Sulla coda reca il logo della Wizz Air Abu Dhabi, Assemblato ad Amburgo nel 2020 (n/c 9503, marche prova D-AVYL) fu consegnato alla Wizz Air Abu Dhabi nel settembre 2020 e trasferito alla capofila Wizz Air il 15 ottobre 2025. Wizz Air Abu Dhabi è stata una Joint-venture con il fondo sovrano Abu Dhabi Development Holding che deteneva il 30% del vettore e la Wizz Air Holdings il restante 70%. Iniziò l’attività nel dicembre 2019 ma, per motivi non specificati, interruppe le operazioni il 1° settembre 2025. Tuti gli aeromobili sono stati redistribuiti tra le flotte Wizz Air e Wizz Air Malta. (Aeromedia)

Airbus A 321-271NX neo HA-LDC operated by Wizz Air, arriving from Catania, on approach to Caselle Airport on July 27, 2026. The tail has the Wizz Air Abu Dhabi logo. Assembled in Hamburg in 2020 (c/n 9503, test registration D-AVYL), it was delivered to Wizz Air Abu Dhabi in September 2020 and transferred to the parent company Wizz Air on October 15, 2025. Wizz Air Abu Dhabi was a joint venture with the sovereign wealth fund Abu Dhabi Development Holding, which held 30% of the carrier, and Wizz Air Holdings, the remaining 70%. It began operations in December 2019 but, for unspecified reasons, ceased operations on September 1, 2025. All aircraft have been redistributed between the Wizz Air and Wizz Air Malta fleets.
