Dal 1 dicembre 2003, la Diamond Aircraft Industries GmbH di Wiener Neustadt č il nuovo rappresentante esclusivo del Pilatus PC-12 in Austria e Germania. L'accordo potrebbe presto estendersi a tutti i paesi dell'Unione Europea. Grazie alla lunga esperienza nel settore, ai suoi contatti, alle sue eccellenti infrastrutture ed alla dislocazione nell'Austria orientale, la Diamond Aircraft Industries offre alla societā svizzera un'eccezionale piattaforma per la commercializzazione del PC-12 nell'intera regione.
Per fornire supporto tecnico agli operatori del PC-12 nella propria area di competenza, la Diamond Maintenance GmbH č stata autorizzata dalla Pilatus a stabilire un centro specializzato di manutenzione e riparazione, certificato come Pilatus Customer Care Center, sull'aeroporto di Wiener Neustadt-Ost. A gennaio del prossimo anno, presso questo aeroporto, un primo esempalre di PC-12 sarā a disposizione dei potenziali clienti.
Nel dicembre 2002, la Pilatus Aircraft Maintenance aveva a sua volta rilevato l'attivitā di supporto tecnico degli aerei di produzione Diamond presenti in Svizzera, mettendo a disposizione la propria rete di centri di assistenza a Stans, Berna, Altenrhein e Ginevra.

Diamond Aircraft Industries GmbH in Wiener Neustadt will officially take over the exclusive sales representation of the Pilatus PC-12 for Austria and Germany, effective December 1, 2003, and is also making efforts to obtain representation for European Union member states. Because of its many years of experience, its established contacts, its excellent infrastructure and its location in eastern Austria, Diamond Aircraft Industries offers the Swiss firm of Pilatus Aircraft Ltd. a superb platform for marketing the PC-12 in this territory.
In order to provide technical support to PC-12 customers in its sales territory, Diamond Maintenance GmbH has been authorized by Pilatus to set up the Pilatus service center for maintenance and repair work as an exclusive and qualified Pilatus Customer Care Center at the airport in Wiener Neustadt-Ost. The first demonstration aircraft will be available for inspection by interested parties at Wiener Neustadt in January 2004.
Pilatus Aircraft Maintenance took over the technical support of Diamond Aircraft planes in Switzerland back in December 2002, providing a comprehensive service network for Diamond Aircraft products at four different locations (Stans, Bern, Altenrhein and Geneva).
